We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or stock unavailability.

13. Delivery
Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and destination. Delays caused by courier services, customs, or other factors beyond our control will not make Akarsha Jewellers & Gems liable for compensation.
14. Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@akarshajewellers.lk or call +94729333383/ 81. Cancellations are not permitted once the order has been processed or shipped. Bespoke orders or personal orders that include any personalization cannot be cancelled or refunded. Eg: Engraving/ Names etc.
15. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered. The product must be returned unused and in original packaging within 21 days of receipt for online purchases only.
16. Product Care
Customers are solely responsible for the proper maintenance and care of their jewellery and gemstones. Akarsha Jewellers & Gems (Pvt) Ltd assumes no liability for any damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or inadequate care. Customers are expected to adhere to the guidelines outlined in the product warranty and care instructions provided by Akarsha Jewellers & Gems (Pvt) Ltd.
17. Discounts & Promotions
Discounts, vouchers, or promotional codes are valid for a limited period and cannot be combined with other offers. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.
