Warranty Policy
At Akarsha Jewellers & Gems, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery and gemstones. We offer a warranty to ensure your complete peace of mind and satisfaction.

Warranty Coverage – All jewellery items are covered under a Life time warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Eligibility – To claim a warranty, customers must present the original invoice or purchase receipt.

Exclusions – The warranty does not cover:
Damage due to misuse, accidents, improper care, or wear and tear.
Alterations or repairs performed by unauthorized persons.
Loss of stones, theft, or any incidental damage.
Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or corrosive substances.

Inspection Process – All returned items will be inspected by our quality control department to determine warranty eligibility.

Repair or Replacement – If the defect falls within warranty conditions, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost. If an identical item is unavailable, a replacement of equal value will be offered.

Gemstone Certificates – Warranty does not affect the authenticity certification provided with gemstones. Certificates must be retained for reference.

Maintenance Services – As part of our Lifetime Warranty, customers can avail themselves of free periodic inspections and maintenance services such as basic cleaning, stone checking, and polishing.
Major repairs, resizing, or restoration work may be carried out at a nominal fee, depending on the extent of the service required.

Exemption from Liability:
Akarsha Jewellers & Gems shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from product defects or misuse.
