Delivery Policy
- Accurate Delivery Information – Please provide correct and complete delivery details when placing your order. Akarsha Jewellers & Gems will not be responsible for loss or delays caused by incorrect information.
- Change of Delivery Information – Contact our customer service team immediately if you wish to modify your delivery address or details. Changes can only be made before the order is processed.
- Prompt Payment – Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.
- Order Confirmation – You will receive a confirmation email upon successful order placement.

Island-wide and international deliveries are available and will be subject to standard courier rates and applicable insurance charges.
Delivery Charges
Sri Lanka (Islandwide)
- A delivery fee of LKR 500 (equivalent USD) applies to orders valued at LKR 100,000 (equivalent USD) and below.
- Complimentary delivery for orders above LKR 100,000 (equivalent USD)
International Shipping
- Orders valued at LKR 100,000 (equivalent USD) and below are subject to a shipping fee of LKR 28,000 (equivalent USD), covering shipping, insurance, and Gem Corporation charges.
- Orders between LKR 100,000 – 500,000 (equivalent USD) will be given a 75% waiver of the total shipping charges.
- Complimentary international delivery for orders exceeding LKR 500,000 (equivalent USD).
Packaging
All products are carefully and securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. Customers are requested to inspect the package upon delivery. In the event of any visible damage, please inform the delivery representative or courier service immediately.
Claims regarding damages made after the delivery date will not be accepted.
Order Limit
- Online orders are accepted up to a value of LKR 3,000,000 (equivalent USD) for worldwide deliveries.
- All international shipments are subject to standard courier fees and mandatory insurance charges.
- For deliveries within Sri Lanka, the maximum order value accepted for dispatch is LKR 500,000 (equivalent USD).
Delivery Confirmation
Subject to terms and conditions of the delivery service provider.
Return Policy
- Products with manufacturing defects can be exchanged within 21 days of receipt for online purchases only.
- Returns will only be accepted for items in standard quality condition. Used, altered, or damaged items will not qualify.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
